Getaround's classic Carshare option works with your schedule to offer guests flexible booking options. Simply set your vehicle’s availability and watch the bookings flow in.

Rideshare Hourly

The Rideshare Hourly Program enables Getaround hosts to offer their cars to verified Uber drivers. Hosts listing under this program can typically expect more bookings due to the expanded audience size. Rental periods are structured in the same format as the Carshare program, and hosts can offer their cars for both Carshare and Rideshare simultaneously.

Rideshare+

Getaround has enhanced its partnership with Uber, in select areas, to offer a simplified experience to hosts who are interested in longer-term rideshare rentals. With a similar audience and rental structure to HyreCar, hosts can anticipate increased utilization, longer rentals, and more predictable earnings from verified Uber drivers. Learn more.

Easy onboarding

Sign up and name your car.

On the sign-up form, you'll tell us about you and your car. Give your car a name, and continue to the next step.

Create a profile and upload photos.

If you have multiple vehicles, use the car manager to create a profile for each one. Listing each car costs $99 for the initial setup and $20 per month—but you won't be charged until your car is ready for bookings.

Install Getaround Connect®

We'll reach out to have our proprietary hardware, Getaround Connect®, installed in your car. Connect® lets guests unlock the car with their phone, and gives you insights about the car, trips, and vehicle security. Once Connect® is installed, you're ready for bookings!

Start earning

As soon as you enable bookings, guests can start taking trips in your car—and you can start earning money.
