Getaround® October Weekday Promotion terms and conditions

The Getaround October Promotion will take place exclusively in October 2021. For Guests to receive the rewards, they must complete at least two qualifying trips with a trip start date and time of 00:00 October 1, 2021, to 11:59 PM, Thursday, October 28, 2021. Qualifying trips must be completed by Sunday, October 31, 2021, at 11:59 PM.

A qualifying trip is defined as one that has been fully paid for and has a minimum duration of at least eight consecutive hours (inclusive of trip extensions). Trips must start on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday in October. Qualifying trips that use a Getaround promotional code will be included and will count toward the total number of completed trips. Trips that are booked within the Promotion timeframe and are canceled for any reason will not be considered eligible trips.

Tiered rewards

Guests who complete two eligible trip will receive one $50 promotional code. Guests who complete three or more eligible trips will receive one $75 promotional code. Each eligible Guest will receive only one promotional code sent to the qualifying email address. Guests will receive these rewards if their accounts also meet our guest-eligibility requirements.

Getaround promotional codes associated with the loyalty promotion will be sent out via email by November 10, 2021, and will be valid for use on trips booked by May 10, 2022.

Guest account eligibility requirements

To be eligible for the Getaround loyalty promotion, Guests must meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.

• Guests must belong to a pre-selected group of existing Guests who have completed a minimum of one paid trip on Getaround. 
• Guests must have received an email invitation to participate in the loyalty promotion. The recipients must log in and book eligible trips utilizing the email address to which Getaround sent the loyalty promotion invitation. 
• Guest accounts must be active and in good standing on the platform. If an account is suspended, it will void any eligible trips in the loyalty promotion. 
• Guests may not share their Getaround account. 
• Guest accounts must have a valid form of payment for all booked trips. 
• Guest accounts may not have an outstanding balance on account for the duration of the promotion in October 2021. 

Getaround reserves the right to review eligibility and/or exclude guests who cause damage during their trips.

Guests must follow all eligibility requirements for Getaround under our terms of service, including residing in the United States.
